• We do what the scope says, for the price the scope says.
• You own what you pay us to build for you.
• Hosting and care are month to month — stay because it works, not because you're locked in.
• Either side can end the arrangement with reasonable notice and a clean handover.

Where the detail lives

Anything binding is written into the scope or agreement for a specific project, so you always have it in writing before work begins.
